【Format】Single photos only (composite/series photos are not eligible).

【Venue】WATSU East Building (Maruetsu / Ward Office) 2F Public Space.

・The usage rights of the winning works belong to the organizer.
・ Please be mindful of portrait rights and privacy of individuals when shooting (ensure you have permission for people appearing in your photos before applying).
・Submitted works will not be returned.
・The subject of the photos must be within the event area.
・ The organizers are not responsible for any damage to the works.
